Shipping Policy
We deliver to all governorates across Egypt at a fixed shipping fee of EGP 75 only.
Shipping is handled through a trusted, high-performance shipping company (POSTA).
Delivery Time:
Orders are delivered within 2–3 official business days.
Returns & Replacements
In the event that a product arrives with an issue, the return will be handled through the shipping companies contracted with the company.
In such cases, the company bears the full shipping cost.
The company will either:
Replace the damaged product with a new, intact one, or
Refund the full amount to the customer, upon the customer’s request.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only for products with issues, such as:
Broken packaging
Damage
Manufacturing defects

The company is not responsible for any errors caused by the customer.
